To make overall plans and administer taxation work throughout the country.
3) State Intellectual Proterty Office; SIPO) :
To be responsible for patent work and overall coordination of foreign-related intellectual property matters.
(4) State Administration of Foreign Exchange; SAFE) :
In charge of foreign exchange flow, and statistics of trade amount.
(5) General Administration of Customs; GAC) :
To be responsible for import and export control, collection of customs duties and other taxes, detection and suppression of smuggling, and preparation of customs statistics.

To be in charge of state fiscal revenue and expenditure, fiscal and taxation policies, and basic work of state-owned capital.
(7) Ministry of Foreign Affairs; MOFA) :

(1) China Council for the Promotion of international trade
; CCPIT) :
A national non-governmental foreign economic and trade organization composed of representative personages, enterprises and organizations from the Chinese economic and trade circles. Its tenet is: follow the law of the country policy, to promote foreign trade, utilization of foreign capital, introduction of foreign advanced technology and various forms of sino-foreign economic and technological cooperation activities, promote China's trade with countries around the world, between various areas and the development of the economic relationship, enhance China's with people all over the world as well as the connection between the understanding and friendship.
(2) China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission; CIETAC) :
It is a permanent commercial arbitration institution that independently and fairly resolves contractual or non-contractual economic and trade disputes by means of arbitration, and also accepts domestic arbitration cases submitted by the parties.
3. Maritime Affairs Arbitration Commission of China:
It shall be established within the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade to settle, by arbitration, independently and improbably, contractual or non-contractual maritime disputes arising in the course of transport, production and navigation over the great ocean, along the coast or in the waters adjacent to the sea, in order to protect the lawful rights and interests of the parties concerned.
(4) China Maritime Law Association; CMLA) :
It is a professional non-governmental organization composed of individuals and units engaged in maritime, maritime, economic and trade, insurance and legal work all over the country. Its main tasks are as follows: to organize members to investigate and study maritime laws, international conventions, shipping practices and customary practices; To submit proposals or reports to the government and relevant competent authorities on legislative, judicial and administrative issues concerning maritime law; To organize members to collect, sort out, compile and publish domestic and foreign maritime laws and regulations, cases and relevant documents and material

Its MAIN FUNCTION IS TO ACCEPT THE ENTRUSTMENT OF FOREIGN TRADE PARTNERS, HANDLE THE inspection and authentication of import and export commodities, and provide smooth handover and settlement, reasonable settlement of claims and disputes and other services.
(6) Chambers of Commerce for Importers and Exporters of various industries:
Its purpose is to help members gather information and promote trade through organizational strength. For example, China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Medicine and Health Products (www.cccmhpie.org.cn), China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textiles (www.ccct.org.cn), etc.
(7) Export-Import Bank:
We handle all kinds of import and export financing, guarantee and other businesses, and provide policy-based financial services for Chinese enterprises.
(8) Post Office:
Responsible for the delivery of import and export mail.
(9) Telecommunications Bureau:
Provide information transfer by telephone, telegraph and fax.
(10) Insurance Company:
